Craycray

I had tons of fun last tuesday night. I met with my co-workers at this super pretentious club right by Gough and Mccallister. The club was ok but hanging with those trannies has and will always a riot though.

X-mas

It was quite a quiet x-mas evening.

Me and Marlon stayed home like old white woman. He played the viola while I was cooking dinner. Roasted Chicken, roasted potatoes, plate of cheese, crackers, bowl of fruits, cold cuts and champagne. Bam!

Tipi

I had the chance of going to the Standford Annual Powwow Event few months ago since all of my friends went to that school in Palo Alto, they took it upon themselves to take me with them. It was the biggest gathering of Native American's here on west coast according to them. There were vendors around the area selling authentic native stuff, insane performances and some native american inspired food. I was hoping to grab a nice tote bag but unfortunately they didn't have one. There was a lot accessories though, but I'm not a big fan of jewelries so I decided to just hit the food section. Omg! You have not live until you try an indian taco. Can I just say, who ever invented fry bread should win a Noble Peace Prize.

The event was situated outside or within the campus of Stanford. I can't seriously remember and since I haven't really seen the campus on daylight, the girls and I had a mini tour. It is such a beautiful campus. It felt like i was on a very legit Hacienda somewhere in Spain. They tried to push me by the fountain, which apparently a ritual-ish thingy in Stanford. I had beer at the Tree House which was a disappointment since I was hoping it really was a tree house not just some sad cafeteria. We also had coffee outside the library and did my Tyra Moment by the church ground which Francisco ruined by being in the photo. lol!

Pisco

Every now and then, I stopped by Pisco Lounge for much needed glass of wine and cheese. My favorite bartender Zane makes the best cucumber martini too. The lounge is located by the LGBT center which is less than a block away from my house. They serve Peruvian food which is quite good and very authentic.

Japanese

My very first tempura ice-cream. It's green tea flavored ice-cream covered with bread-ish thingy and deep fried to perfection. It was one of the best dessert I have ever had. delish!!!

Chinky

X-mas is fast approaching. My work schedule is so messed up that I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to work dinner for my friends. That's right people, another depressing yuletide season. The only thing I'm looking forward too is the annual 50% off at All Saints Co. I can't wait to finally buy these amazing boots I've been eyeing for the past few months.

A week ago, I met with my friend Chinky for our weekly rendezvous at downtown. We had lunch at John's grill and had coffe and wine at Madison Lane.

Pumpkin

For this year's Halloween I finally carved my very first pumpkin! The monumental event happened at Kolin's Apartment last Oct. 28 or 29? I can't remember the exact date but It was a lot of fun.

I got to their apartment around 10pm thinking by then the part would be at full swing. I was the first person to arrive! Actually I was the only one who showed up. Well Mohamed and Sam came in but it was really late and Mo ended up walking out for some unknown reason right after saying hello to everyone.

Since it didn't involve me, I just brush it off and continue drinking and slaving away on carving those damn teeth. Who knew carving was such hard work. lol!

Kolin

Me and Kurt once again threw a "surprise" party at his house for our friend/co-worker Kolin's post b-day celebration.

We invited selected few for the dinner and the rest to come after since we wanted it to be very intimate.

Wine, Beer, Karaoke curtesy of Nancy and good company has made it one of the best parties I have ever been part of.

Nostalgia

Few weeks ago me and Kurt went to Los Angeles to visit our girl Lauren for the weekend. It was my first time visting LA so i was hella excited.
We left Sf around 3pm and it took us around 6 hours getting there but it was worth it thank's to Kurt's playlist.

Although it was my first time in LA, I didn't really want to visit the touristy spots. I wasn't opposed to it  though. Lauren apparently wanted to take me to the observatory. I'm not gonna lie, it was kinda lame. I forgot to tell them that I used to work at the space center in Oakland so going to another one didn't really interest me at all. I't got me a little excited when I realize that it's the same observatory where they filmed that scene on Charlie's Angels Full Throttle though. Also from where it was located you can actually see the Hollywood sign which was cool.

On our second day, we went to Disneyland! Now, I lived in Orlando FL for two years where literally my house was located right next to downtown disney which able me to watch and see not one but two fireworks every night. It still amazes me how magical Disney is. We got there around 11 and left the park around 7pm. Got home have a drink and head to the jacuzzi for some much need bubbles. I stayed up late which was stupid since we have to drive back home early the next day.

Driving back home was so painful it took Kurt two energy drink and full soundtrack from Les Miserables just to make it back home. We got back to the city around 3pm, which gave us few minutes to take a quick shower and head back to work. That's right people! Work! I got home around 11:30pm after my shift and I'm telling you, I was beat. I was so tired I passed out on my couch.

But would I do it all over again? Hell yes! But next time this diva is flying! :)
