Gata

One thing that keeps me sane is cooking every time I get a day off. 
I try to cook filipino dishes as much as possible since 
It's the only time that I feel somewhat connected to my heritage. 
This certain dish is called "ginataang tilapia". 
It's a fusion between Pampanga and Bicol cuisine as my parents are from said provinces.
