Thanksgiving was amazing! We had an unusual dinner. It's like cinco de mayo.

Bulanglang

You should have seen the look on my face when i found this guavas on a mexican market. It's like a gift from God! Now I can cook one of my fave filipino dish. bulanglang!!!

bulanglang is a most flexible dish.
basic ingredients are fish of choice or pork liempo/pata/ribs and the star of the show: very ripe guavas (the sweetest are those that have already fallen from the tree)
