Chow

My good friend Charmaine arrive last saturday for her long weekend vacation here at San Francisco. I wasn't able to pick her up at the airport as I was excruciatingly busy at work. I was hoping to get of work around 7:30pm but since It was museum day and it was free to get in, people was still a buzz till 9pm. Insane! Anyhow, by the time i got back to the city proper it was already 10:45pm and her flight arrive around 9pm. Good thing I talk to one of our friend to pick her up so she doesn't have to wait for me at SFO.

I met with them at Chows. It's this restaurant that serves everything from asian cuisine down to fish and chips. I had a glass of chardonnay while the other two had city juice.

After the light dinner Marnie drop us off to my place. I serve some killer cosmos to kick start the crazy shenanigans that's gonna happen all weekend long. hihi! We went to Castro around midnight and had some drinks. the clubs was all packed since it's Folsom Street Fair weekend. We left the club around two am and by the time we got back to the house we're both tired and just happy to get some rest. :)

6:25am

Holy crap! I was totally late this morning. I set up my alarm at 5:00am but since I had a couple of cosmopolitan and a bottle of chardonnay the night before I just dose off when my alarm went off. Chef called me around 6:25 wondering where the hell I was. I don't know how it happened but I manage to take a shower and get to work around 6:43am. Amazing!!!

Noe

The photo doesn't do the event any justice but there was this line dancing event going on at Noe and market st. right between Cafe Flore' and Lookout Bar. So there I was drinking white wine and mimosas, and mind you I just came from a hearty lunch at John's Grill had scallops and prawns and 2 glasses of white wine. So I was feeling kinda buzz but in a good way... I love Sunday's off!!! Yehaaa!!!

Leather

I was waiting for the train yesterday when out of nowhere this crazy shenanigans popped out. Ladies and Gentlemen and anyone in between.... Leather Week has begun.. Folsom!!!!

Anyhow, I was at work yesterday and I notice how the apple and oranges are sweating like pigs. hihi! Morning was slow at the cafe, OMG! I almost broke my neck when I slip on that freaking floor. There was this puddle of water sitting right next to the stairs. So there I was walking towards the elevator when i slip and fell. Seriously saw my life flash right in my very eyes. Thank G i have great reflexes and stop my body from slamming to the floor. I kinda twisted my ankle but since I have high tolerance for pain I kinda got by. But I decided to file a report about the incident just incase i wont be able to stand up and go to work today. Good thing everything is ok now. Come dinner time at the bistro, everybody keep changing their freaking reservations! Freaking annoying as hell since I do my tables according to my reservations. i for one is not a good fan of surprises. The 6pm dinner run pretty well but the 8pm? Ohh child! Was a mess. Food got cold so I decided to send the hot box back to the kitchen and do everything from there which means my people have to walk from the kitchen down to the bistro area. To top it all all of them has this 9:15 show to catch at the planetarium and the mega dome theatre. Kill me! but I manage to send them all to the shows on time. By the time I got back home I believe it was 11pm already. Tired as hell but happy since I'm off today.

Domingo

Got my new schedule. I finally got Sundays off from now on. I may have to wake up really early in the morning from mon till thurs but it's freaking worth it. J'adore my new schedule. Yehaaa!!!

Can't wait to scout Castro for Sunday's Garage Sale, hang out at cafes' for brunch, mimosas, white wine, hang out with friends, cruise clubs and bars on saturday night, The possibilities are endless!!!
