Had a blast last friday going around Sf with Chinky!

We met around 11ish at Van Ness and had an early lunch at The Grove. We share a large freshly squeeze orange juice, apple chicken salad and tuna melt. Yum!

After, we kinda hit the shops and boutiques. Chinky dot a tank top and some accessory I think. I on the other hand got me a pair of jeans, a tee and oversized cardigan from H&M and a bag from Marc Jacobs. :)

Why?! Why?! I love Galliano. I'm always looking forward for his haute couture but after watching this video it made me think twice If i really want to idolize someone who is so hateful towards certain group of people. Being a minority, I feel like I have to choose a side on this particular matter. Racism has no part in our culture. Living here in San Francisco where it has a pretty diverse culture I still feel alienated sometimes.

I serve a filipino inspired soup last night. Hearty since it was cold and the weather is kinda gloomy. Genia came over so is Brnadoncakes. We bought 12 bottles of pinot at trader joes. yum!

I gave Marlon these flowers since his car got broken into the night before. aren't they exquisite?

Winter

According to the weather report, it might snow here in the bay area! But it's for sure gonna be cold especially this weekend coming. I don't know if I'm ready for such weather but I sure am excited to see it snow here In SF.

Good thing I bought these boots from ZARA few weeks ago. I kow I know... I'm trying to justify I'm shoe addiction. Can one blame me? I'm from the Philippines for crying our loud home of Mrs. Imelda Marcos no less....

Toms

Saturday. I went to work around 9:30am which people is freaking painful. I hate waking up in the morning. Got off around 3:30pm. Me and the squirrel friends are suppose to go to the Chinese New Year Parade right by the heart of SF. But the trannies bailed out on me.

Anywho, since it was raining i decided to take the MUNI underground train and just go home. i was there waiting for the outbound train to come when the inbound train came by. Me, being bored and all hop into it and end up getting to the mall. :)

I've been eyeing this certain color from TOMS for quite a while. I love the earthy feeling that they give and they look very organic. Tried them and they were comfy too. i said to myself a year ago that I'm gonna get atleast one pair from them a year since for every pair of shoe that ones buy they give out a pair of shoes to poor kids on third world countries. Isn't it amazing?
